Logo workflow questions, answered
Clear answers about AI logo reviews, comparisons, mockups, export files, privacy, credits, and subscriptions.
Logo review
AI feedback, scoring, briefs, and uploaded files.
What is myLogo.review?
myLogo.review is a logo workflow platform for designers, founders, and teams. It combines AI logo reviews and concept comparisons with browser-based logo mockups, export kits, favicon generation, and logo background tools.
Does myLogo.review replace a logo designer?
No. It gives designers and founders an independent second perspective before a logo reaches clients or audiences. Creative decisions and final execution remain with the designer.
Does the AI fix or redesign my logo?
No. The AI identifies risks and suggests prioritized improvement directions, but it does not redraw or silently change the uploaded logo. You stay in control of every revision.
What feedback is included in a logo review?
Starter reviews include the main logo card, overall and detailed scores, key risks, and the What to fix first list. Paid reviews add deeper insights such as category positioning, use-case readiness, logo suite verification, logo descriptions, presentation copy, and full PDF reports.
How should I interpret the logo score?
Treat it as an AI-assisted design signal, not an absolute verdict. It helps you compare strengths, notice risks, and prioritize revisions, while your brief, strategy, and professional judgment remain essential.
Why should I add a business or brand brief?
A brief helps the AI assess whether the logo fits the intended industry, audience, personality, and use cases. Without context, the review can still assess visual performance but should not guess an industry or claim strategic fit.
Can the review detect embarrassing logo misinterpretations?
Yes. The review checks for unintended readings, including offensive, adult, intimate, or embarrassing shapes. A serious misinterpretation is treated as a top-priority risk and can substantially lower the score.
Which files can I use for an AI logo review?
The review uploader accepts PNG, JPG, JPEG, and WebP images up to 6 MB. You can also paste a screenshot or copied image into the uploader in supported browsers. Clear, straight-on artwork produces the most useful feedback.
Workflow tools
Logo Compare, Mockups, Export, and delivery tools.
What does Logo Compare do?
Logo Compare evaluates two or three concepts against the same business brief. It scores each direction, recommends a winner, and explains why that concept is the strongest fit. Comparisons are private by default and can be made public by their owner.
How many credits does a logo comparison use?
Each submitted Logo Compare project uses 2 workflow credits. Reopening an existing saved comparison is free. Agency includes unlimited workflow credits, subject to fair use.
What does Logo Export generate?
Logo Export turns pasted or uploaded SVG logo versions and brand colors into a downloadable ZIP containing SVG, PNG, JPG, RGB and CMYK color variants, favicon files, brand color backgrounds, and palette images. Generated ZIP files are created in your browser.
How many credits does Logo Export use?
Building and saving a Logo Export kit is free. The first download uses 1 workflow credit, and reopening, editing, regenerating, or downloading that saved kit again is free.
What does Logo Mockups show?
Logo Mockups places separate lockups, wordmarks, and symbols into realistic browser, search, website, mobile, social, app, email, business card, background, and small-size contexts. You can customize colors and download individual mockups or the complete set.
How many credits do Logo Mockups use?
Logo Mockups is free for registered users. The mockups render in your browser without AI, and projects can be auto-saved, reopened, edited, and downloaded without using credits.
What is logo suite verification?
Logo suite verification identifies the versions visible in the reviewed artwork and suggests deliverables that may still be needed, such as a standalone wordmark, logomark, one-color version, favicon, or secondary lockup. It is included in paid logo reviews.
What are the JPG and PDF review downloads for?
The JPG is a concise, social-friendly review card. The PDF is a fuller report for saving, presenting, or sending to a client. Starter includes JPG downloads; paid plans include both JPG and PDF reports.
Which tools can I use without creating an account?
The Favicon Generator and Logo Background Generator can be used without signing in. An account is required to submit AI reviews and comparisons, use your own files in Logo Mockups, create Logo Export kits, and save projects.
Plans and credits
Review allowances, subscriptions, and billing.
How many workflow credits are included in each plan?
Starter begins with 6 welcome credits and then receives 3 credits each month. Solopreneur includes 80 credits per month. Agency includes unlimited workflow credits, subject to fair use.
What does each workflow action cost?
A Logo Review or Logo Compare uses 2 credits. Building a Logo Export kit is free and its first download uses 1 credit. Logo Mockups, the Favicon Generator, and the Logo Background Generator are free.
When do monthly credits reset, and do they roll over?
Credits reset on the relevant monthly account or subscription cycle. Unused credits do not accumulate beyond the allowance of the active plan.
When are credits charged, and are failed actions charged?
Review and Compare credits are charged only after the AI action succeeds. Logo Export uses 1 credit on the first download from a saved kit. Failed actions are not charged, and later downloads from that same kit are free.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Paid subscribers can change plans through the secure Stripe billing portal from Account settings. Stripe shows the billing adjustment before a change is confirmed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the Stripe billing portal linked in your account. Paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period, then the account returns to Starter.
Privacy and projects
Visibility, AI training, storage, and deletion.
Are my projects private?
Projects are private by default. Review and comparison owners can choose to make individual projects public or share them using available project links. Public projects can be viewed by visitors, but owner-only actions remain protected.
Are my uploaded logos used to train AI?
No. Uploaded logos are processed only to provide the feature you requested and are not used to train or improve AI models.
Who can download or change a logo review?
Only the project owner can download review reports, change visibility, or manage the project. Visitors can view a public review and copy its link, but they cannot perform owner actions.
What is saved for Export and Mockups projects?
Saved Logo Export kits keep the source SVG versions, palette, and settings so files can be regenerated later; generated ZIP files are not stored. Logo Mockups autosaves the source assets, palette, and mockup settings to the signed-in account.
Can I delete a project or my account?
Yes. Individual projects can be removed from My Projects. You can also delete your account from Account settings after any active subscription has ended, subject to the retention details in the privacy policy.
Account and support
Access, sign-in methods, analytics, and support.
Can I sign in with Google or with email and password?
Yes. Email and password remains available, and Google Sign-In is offered as a convenient second option. Accounts using the same verified email can be linked safely to avoid duplicate profiles.
Do you use cookies or Google Analytics?
Essential cookies support account and security functions. Google Analytics is used to understand product usage and improve the platform, with consent controls where required. More detail is available in Terms and Privacy.
How can I contact support?
Email contact@mylogo.review with the email connected to your account, the relevant project link if available, and a short description of what happened.
