How do workflow credits work?
A Logo Review, Logo Compare, new AI Color Palette, or AI palette refinement uses 2 credits. The first download of each Logo Export kit uses 1 credit. Logo Mockups, manual palette edits, and reopening saved projects are free.
Do unused credits roll over?
Your credits reset to the allowance of your active plan on its monthly cycle. Unused credits do not accumulate beyond that allowance.
When is a credit charged?
Logo Review, Compare, and AI Color Palette credits are charged only after the AI action succeeds. Logo Export uses 1 credit on the first download from a kit. Failed actions are not charged, and later downloads from the same kit are free.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can manage upgrades, downgrades, and billing from your account through the secure Stripe billing portal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans can be cancelled from your account. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Are my logos private?
Yes. Projects are private by default, and you control whether individual logo reviews or comparisons become public.
Are my logos used to train AI?
No. Your uploaded logos are processed for your requested analysis and are never used to train AI models.
Does the tool edit my logo?
No. myLogo.review provides scores, risks, and prioritized improvement suggestions so you or your designer can make the final creative decisions.
Can I share or download my reviews?
Yes. Reviews are saved to your account and can be shared. Starter includes JPG review cards, while paid reviews also include full PDF reports and presentation-ready details.
