What can I do with Starter?
Starter includes 6 one-time welcome credits, enough for one logo review, one palette generated from a prompt, one saved typography system, and the first download of an export kit. After the welcome period, your balance resets to 3 credits per monthly cycle. Brand questionnaires, mockups, manual color edits, and brand identities do not use credits. No payment card is required.
What does an Advanced Logo Review add?
Essential Reviews include every core category score and its explanation. Advanced Reviews add full action plans, real-world guidance, category fit, delivery and presentation help, plus PDF reports. To expand a saved Essential Review, use Re-analyze logo on its review page. The credit cost is shown before you start; your original review is kept.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Solopreneur resets to 80 credits each monthly subscription cycle. Starter resets to 3 credits after its one-time welcome period, then on each monthly cycle. Unused credits do not accumulate. Agency has no monthly credit allowance to track.
What happens if a review, comparison or palette generation fails?
Logo reviews, comparisons, and palette generation or refinement from a prompt use credits only after they succeed. Failed attempts are not charged. Logo Export uses 1 credit to unlock the first download from a kit; later downloads from that same kit are free. Typography uses 1 credit on the first successful save of each system, then edits and PDF/CSS downloads are included. Connecting a saved system to a workflow is free.
Can I keep working when my credits run out?
Yes. You can reopen saved projects, edit colors manually, explore fonts, edit saved typography, create mockups, and download unlocked guides or export kits again. New reviews, comparisons and palette prompts, the first save of a new typography system, and the first download of a new export kit need credits. Wait for your next monthly reset or upgrade for more usage.
Is Typography a required workflow step?
No. Explore fonts and annotated previews for free. Save a private typography system for 1 credit to unlock website and social media PDFs and CSS. You can optionally connect it to a workflow for free and include it in the brand identity. Future edits and downloads for that system are free, even with no credits left.
Can I upload my own fonts?
Yes. Solopreneur includes up to 5 uploaded fonts, and Agency includes up to 30. Upload TTF, OTF, WOFF, or WOFF2 files up to 2 MB each. These are library limits, not monthly allowances. Font uploads use no credits, and you can reuse a font across your projects. Remove a font to free a slot. If you downgrade, existing fonts stay available; adding more requires an available slot on a paid plan.
What files do I need for exports and the brand preview?
Logo Export starts with your own SVG logo versions and creates SVG, PNG, JPG, favicon, background, and palette files. The client brand preview needs an SVG logo and saved brand colors connected to the project. Reviewing a JPG or PNG does not automatically convert it into a vector logo.
Can I add my own mockups to a brand identity?
Solopreneur and Agency can upload up to 3 JPG, PNG or WebP mockups per identity, with no credit charge. Each image becomes a wide presentation slide you can reorder and caption. Existing uploads remain in your presentations after a downgrade; adding or replacing images requires a paid plan.
How do Brand Brief limits work?
Starter includes 1 active brief, Solopreneur 10, and Agency 50. Drafts and briefs awaiting a client count as active. Completed briefs stay accessible and do not use a slot. Private links, email invitations and PDF summaries use no credits. Existing briefs remain accessible if you downgrade; creating a new brief requires space within your current plan.
How many brand identities can I publish?
Starter includes up to 2 published brand identities at a time, with no monthly reset. Solopreneur and Agency include unlimited brand identities. Drafts do not count toward the limit. Existing published identities and their client links remain available if you downgrade; publishing an additional identity requires an available slot or a paid plan.
Do my clients need a paid account?
No. Clients can use the private link you share to view the brand identity and download the assets you make available. They do not need a subscription. Final downloads stay private even if you enable a public brand preview.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Manage your subscription from your account. If you cancel, the paid plan stays active until the end of your billing period, then your account returns to Starter. Saved Advanced Reviews and their full PDF reports remain available. Creating a new Advanced Review requires a paid plan.
Does Agency include a team workspace?
No. Agency is a higher-usage plan for one account. It includes unlimited credits under fair use and higher questionnaire and font-library limits. Team seats, separate staff logins and shared workspace permissions are not included.
Are my logos private, and are they used to train AI?
Your projects are private by default. You control which reviews and previews you make public and who receives a private link. Your uploaded logos are processed for your requested analysis and are not used to train AI models.
