What can I do with Starter?
Starter includes 6 one-time welcome credits, enough for one logo review, one AI palette, and the first download of an export kit. After the welcome period, your balance resets to 3 credits per monthly cycle. Mockups, manual color edits, and client portals do not use credits. No payment card is required.
What does an Advanced Logo Review add?
Paid plans include additional guidance on real-world use, category fit, logo delivery, and client presentation, plus full PDF reports. This analysis is generated for new reviews completed on a paid plan. Subscribing does not automatically re-analyze an older Starter review.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Solopreneur resets to 80 credits each monthly subscription cycle. Starter resets to 3 credits after its one-time welcome period, then on each monthly cycle. Unused credits do not accumulate. Agency has no monthly credit allowance to track.
What happens if an AI action fails?
Logo reviews, comparisons, and AI palette actions use credits only after they succeed. Failed AI actions are not charged. Logo Export uses 1 credit to unlock the first download from a kit; later downloads from that same kit are free.
Can I keep working when my credits run out?
Yes. You can reopen saved projects, edit colors manually, create mockups, and download an already unlocked export kit again. New AI actions and the first download of a new export kit need credits. Wait for your next monthly reset or upgrade for more usage.
What files do I need for exports and the brand preview?
Logo Export starts with your own SVG logo versions and creates SVG, PNG, JPG, favicon, background, and palette files. The client brand preview needs an SVG logo and saved brand colors connected to the project. Reviewing a JPG or PNG does not automatically convert it into a vector logo.
How many client portals can I publish?
Starter includes up to 2 published client portals at a time, with no monthly reset. Solopreneur and Agency include unlimited client portals. Drafts do not count toward the limit. Existing published portals and their client links remain available if you downgrade; publishing an additional portal requires an available slot or a paid plan.
Do my clients need a paid account?
No. Clients can use the private link you share to view the portal and download the assets you make available. They do not need a subscription. Final downloads stay private even if you enable a public brand preview.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Manage your subscription from your account. If you cancel, the paid plan stays active until the end of your billing period, then your account returns to Starter. Advanced review sections and full review PDF downloads currently require an active paid plan.
Are my logos private, and are they used to train AI?
Your projects are private by default. You control which reviews and previews you make public and who receives a private link. Your uploaded logos are processed for your requested analysis and are not used to train AI models.
