Service Description

MyLogo.Review is an AI-powered logo storage tool that allows users to access past reviews. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or meet your country’s minimum digital consent age to use this Service. If under 18, you confirm you have parental consent.

User Accounts

You may use the Service without an account, but registration unlocks additional features.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Accounts cannot be shared, transferred, or sold.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Tokens & Subscription

New users receive free premium tokens for logo storage.

Paid subscriptions or additional token purchases are subject to separate pricing.

Tokens are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Subscription & Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any subscription plan, pricing, or included features at our sole discretion. Any pricing changes will apply to the next billing cycle for existing users. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform updates.

Refund Policy:

All purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. Contact support if technical issues prevent service delivery.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Upload copyrighted, offensive, or illegal content.

Abuse, manipulate, or exploit the system.

Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.

Use automated bots to access or submit requests.

Violate our Fair Usage Policy, which prohibits excessive or bulk automated uploads.

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

Intellectual Property

Users retain full ownership of their uploaded logos.

MyLogo.Review does not claim any rights over your logos and will not use them for marketing without your consent.

All content, branding, and technology of MyLogo.Review is protected by copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

We provide the Service "as is", without warranties. We are not responsible for:

Business losses, missed opportunities, or reputational harm.

Unauthorized access to user accounts due to user negligence.

AI Disclaimer

We do not analyze uploaded logos. Logos are stored for users to access. No AI modifications are performed on user designs.

Termination

We may terminate access for violating Terms, misuse, or legal reasons.

Users may delete accounts via their profile settings; data will be removed within 30 days.

Data Retention & Deletion

Uploaded logos remain on the platform until the user decides to delete their logo review or account. Users can delete their account and all data at any time by emailing us or using their account panel (once developed). After an account deletion request, we permanently remove all personally identifiable information.

DMCA & Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content uploaded to MyLogo.Review infringes on your copyright, you may submit a takedown request by contacting contact@mylogo.review. We will review and take appropriate action.
